The New Zealand women's rugby team beat South Africa 55-3 in their opening match of the World Cup in England on Friday.
The Black Ferns scored nine tries, six of them in the first half. Sevens star Carla Hohepa scored a hat-trick.
In other matches Australia beat Wales 26-12 and Canada beat Scotland 37-10.
The tournament runs from 20 August to 5 September. New Zealand has won three times.
