England beat New Zealand 19-17 in the Wellington final of the Rugby 7s World Series on Saturday.
New Zealand led 17-5 at halftime.
But mistakes allowed England to score three tries in the second half to win 19-17.
South Africa won the Plate final against Wales and still lead the series with 48 points. New Zealand and England are second equal on 44 points.
