Four killed in northern Nigeria

The Red Cross says four people have been killed and many injured in fighting between Christians and Muslims in northern Nigeria.

A number of churches and mosques were set on fire during the clashes, in the city of Bauchi.

The BBC reports security forces were brought in to restore order and the area is now calm.

Residents say the trouble began over disagreements about where worshippers could park their cars.
