Princes William and Harry have paid their respects to the Victorian bushfires victims by signing a condolence book at the Australian High Commission in London.

The princes expressed their sympathies for the families affected by the fires to High Commissioner John Dauth on Tuesday.

The Duke of Edinburgh signed the condolence book last week.

The Queen has also made a private donation to the Red Cross bushfire appeal. Princess Anne attended a national day of mourning ceremony in Melbourne on Sunday.
