A boat carrying at least 30 divers capsized off the southwest coast of Thailand early on Monday.
Seven people, including six foreigners, were reported missing.
The boat was returning from the Similan islands, located 120km northwest of Phuket and was about 19km off the mainland when it sank.
Police are searching for two Swiss nationals, a Japanese, a German and a Thai.
