A documentary that features a photograph of Princess Diana dying is set to be screened at this year's Cannes film festival.
The film, Unlawful Killing, was financed by Mohamed al-Fayed, whose son Dodi died with Diana in a car crash in Paris on 31 August 1997.
However, a spokesperson for Mr Fayed says he was not aware the photograph was going to be in the film.
The documentary is aimed at proving that an inquest into Princess Diana's death was a cover-up.
Mr Fayed believes the royal family could not bear the idea of Diana marrying a Muslim.
