A suicide bomber has killed five people at a concert hall in the Chechen capital, Grozny.
Officials in the southern Russian republic say four senior police officers were among those who died in the explosion.
The BBC reports there has been a recent upsurge in violence in Chechnya, along with the neighbouring republics of Ingushetia and Dagestan.
