A US Army psychiatrist accused of going a deadly shooting rampage at a base in Texas is to face a court martial.
Major Nidal Malik Hasan is accused of killing 13 people and wounding 32 others in November 2009 at Fort Hood.
He is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 of attempted premeditated murder.
Major Hasan was shot by police during the rampage and is paralysed from the waist down.
The US Army said he will next enter a plea and a military judge will then schedule the court martial proceedings. The death penalty is possible.
