A memorial service has taken place in parliament in Norway for the 77 people who died in the Oslo bombings and shootings.

Anders Behring Breivik, 32, carried the attacks on 22 July. A car bomb in the capital Oslo killed eight people and 69 others were shot at a Labour Party youth camp on the island of Utoeya.

King Harald and Crown Prince Haakon stood in silence as the speaker read their names on Monday.

The BBC reports violinist Arve Tellefsen played sombre music by the Norwegian composer Ole Bull.

More funerals were also held on Monday.
