Woods no longer in world top 50

Tiger Woods is out of the world top 50 golf rankings for the first time in almost 15 years.

Woods has not won an event since the 2009 Australian Masters. He had been in the top 50 since October 1996 - including 623 weeks at number one.

His drop was guaranteed when Louis Oosthuizen tied for fifth on Monday at the Dunhill Links Championship in Scotland.

Woods returns to the PGA tour this week in California, to play his first tournament in nearly two months.
