The National Transitional Council in Libya has confirmed it's investigating reports that former dictator Muammar Gaddafi was subject to a sexual assault moments before he died.
Mobile phone video footage has led to the allegations.
The interim government is already investigating what happened to Colonel Gaddafi after his capture, alive, in his hometown of Sirte last Thursday.
