Quake off east coast of Japan

A magnitude 5.1 earthquake has occurred off the east coast of Japan.

The US Geological Survey says the quake occurred close to the coast of Honshu, Japan's largest island, a depth of 6km at 4.27am on Sunday, 91km from Tokyo.
