A suicide bomber has killed five people at a checkpoint on a busy road in the city of Peshawar in Pakistan.
There's been a surge in attacks since the army went on the offensive against the Taliban in South Waziristan in October.
The dead from the bombing included a policeman. Twenty five people were wounded.
An official says the bomber was apparently been heading towards a market.
