Police in Europe have arrested 122 people in 22 countries on suspicion of sharing online videos of the sexual abuse of children.
The BBC reports the detainees are among 269 suspects identified so far in Operation Icarus.
At a news conference in The Hague, Europol director Rob Wainwright said the images included babies and toddlers being sexually abused and raped.
