The National Library of Bosnia is closing after politicians from the three main ethnic communities failed to agree on further funding.
It is one of seven cultural institutions affected by the disagreement.
Library deputy director Bedita Islamovic says Bosnia is the only country in the world that does not care for its national treasures.
