Qantas says seven passengers were injured on a flight from London to Sydney.
The airline says the seat belt sign was turned on and passengers were returning to their seats when an A380 experienced turbulence over India on Saturday.
Seven people sustained minor cuts and bruises.
The flight was delayed for 24 hours in Singapore while engineers checked the aircraft.
Four passengers were treated in hospital and three were treated at a medical centre in Singapore. All have now been discharged.
