Another body has been found onboard the cruise ship, Costa Concordia off the coast of Italy.

The discovery of the woman at about 1.30pm on Saturday, brings to 12 the number of people known to have died when the ship struck a rock and capsized in shallow waters late on 13 January.

The woman, who was wearing a life jacket, was found by divers on the fourth deck of the ship. Twenty people are still missing.

Coastguard divers resumed their search on Saturday, blasting their way into submerged areas of the vessel, which is resting on a ledge near the island of Giglio.

Crews are also planning to pump 2000 tons of fuel oil from the vessel before it leaks into the sea.

Captain Francesco Schettino, 57, is being investigated for manslaughter, which he denies. He is under house arrest.
