Indonesian police have stormed Bali's Kerobokan jail to end a riot by inmates who seized control and set fire to buildings.
The ABC News reports that about 100 officers moved in shortly after dawn on Wednesday and shots were fired.
There are reports that at least one person has been killed.
Two Indonesian prisoners were removed from the jail and taken to an ambulance with gunshot wounds to their legs.
The prison, for both male and female offenders, has 12 Australian inmates, including Schapelle Corby and the members of the Bali Nine drug ring.
A senior police official is reported as saying that no foreigners have been injured.
