Hon DARREN HUGHES to the Minister of Transport: On how many weekends has he contacted both the Chair and the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Transport Agency during the 104 weekends since his warrant was issued, and did a call to either person take place last weekend ahead of the agency's committee meeting set down for Thursday, 18 November where the route of the new State Highway 1 motorway through Kapiti will be considered? 9. SUE MORONEY to the Minister of Education: What reports has she received on the impact of the Government's funding cuts to early childhood education services with more than 80 percent qualified staff? 11. PAUL QUINN to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: What recent progress has the Government made towards its goal of settling historical Treaty of Waitangi claims by 2014? 12.
