KEITH LOCKE to the Minister of Justice: Does he agree with the International Federation of Journalists that if the Search and Surveillance Bill proceeds in its present form it will "undermine the long-held right of journalists to protect the confidentiality of sources"; if not, why not? 4. Hon PETE HODGSON to the Prime Minister: Does he believe clear and unambiguous leadership is now needed to ensure that rules regarding the private interests of Ministers are upheld? 5.
