Hon PHIL GOFF to the Prime Minister: Does he stand by his statement that "the vast majority" of people will be "better off" as a result of his tax switch on 1 October 2010? 2. RAHUI KATENE to the Attorney-General: What requirements must the Crown meet in relation to the burden of proof in the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Bill and how different is this to former legislation in respect of how the full burden of proof falls on hapu and iwi? 3. Hon PHIL GOFF to the Prime Minister: Does he standby his statement "All I can say is that in the 22 months that Mr Hide has been a Minister in my Government he's shown very good judgement and he has my full support"? 4. CHRIS TREMAIN to the Minister of Finance: How will the tax changes on 1 October benefit New Zealanders?
