DAVID GARRETT to the Minister for Climate Change Issues: Which is true: his statement to the House of 21 October "in respect of Australia, there is a complete ban on any deforestation of pre-1990 forests", or his statement to the House of 22 October "In Australia each state requires by law that the deforestation of pre-1990 forests be notified"? 4.
