AMY ADAMS to the Minister of Finance: What reports has he received on the New Zealand economy? 3. Hon ANNETTE KING to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What reports has she received on New Zealand's current unemployment rates? 4. Dr PAUL HUTCHISON to the Minister of Health: Has he received any reports confirming that the yearly increase in the number of surgical elective discharges from 2000/2001 to 2007/2008 averaged 1,436 a year, and can he confirm that the comparable increase in 2008/2009 was 11,805? 5. Hon MARYAN STREET to the Minister for Tertiary Education: What advice has she received, if any, about the extent of the potential liability schools face if their Adult and Community Education coordinator and tutors have to be made redundant because of the ACE funding cuts? 6. JEANETTE FITZSIMONS to the Minister for Climate Change Issues: Does he agree with United States President Barack Obama who said "the threat from climate change is serious, it is urgent, and it is growing. Our generation's response to this challenge will be judged by history;" and if so, will the Prime Minister be telling world leaders in New York that a conditional ten percent emissions reduction target is a sufficient response to this challenge? 7. Hon DAVID PARKER to the Minister for Climate Change Issues: Under the Kyoto Protocol do taxpayers bear the costs for increases in agricultural emissions if those are not paid by the emitter? 8. COLIN KING to the Minister of Agriculture: What recent development has the Government announced in agricultural greenhouse gas emissions research? 9. CHARLES CHAUVEL to the Minister for Climate Change Issues: What is the total fiscal cost of all proposed changes to the Emissions Trading Scheme? 10. SANDRA GOUDIE to the Minister of Police: Has she received any reports on illegal street racer incidents? 11. Hon PETE HODGSON to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: Who provided any legal advice to support his view that the Hon Bill English is "fully compliant with the rules that operate"? 12. JO GOODHEW to the Minister for Senior Citizens: How is the Government recognising the contribution of older persons in our community?
