Dianne Swann and Brett Adams have been making music together since the early 1990s. While living in England they played as The Julie Dolphin and Boom Boom Mancini. Since then they have set up shop in West Auckland writing and recording their own brand of country-rock as The Bads.
Marty Duda speaks to them about the 2009 album So Alive and the musical trail they have taken. The two songs performed in session at the end are: 'So Alive', and 'Helensville'.
