Petrol thrown - interview with Shayne Harris

A woman armed with a lighter throws petrol inside the Feilding office of the Manawatu District Council. The police make an arrest. The council's acting general manager Shayne Harris says the woman was upset about her dog being impounded and had been trespassed last week.
