Brushing Sauce For All Fire-grilled Meats and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup store-bought BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • ginger (a knob)
  • 1 onion

Method

Mix together the above using a blender or 'power wand'.
