Dipping Sauce for Yomari
- 4 medium sized tomatoes
- a bunch of coriander leaves
- 1 table spoon of sesame powder
- salt to taste
- 1 green chilli
- 5 garlic gloves
- a small piece of ginger
- a tablespoon full oil
- a tablespoon of timur (or black pepper)
- a tablespoon lemon juice
Slightly roast tomatoes until skin peels off and let it cool for five minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaves, sesame powder, chilly and salt into the blender.
In a small frying pan heat the oil until it became very hot.
Add chopped garlic to it and fry for one minute.
Turn the heat off and add turmeric powder.
Add this to the mixture in the blender.
Blend it until well blended.
Sauce is ready and serve with yomari.
