Feilding Lamb Patties a la Holly
- ½ kg lamb mince
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 cup finely chopped sliverbeet
- ½ apple grated
- ½ cup gluten free flour or normal flour
- salt and pepper
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon and then roll into small balls, flatten and then fry in a hot pan. These are delicate so don't make them do big.
Serve with freshly cooked vegetables or salad or sandwich between fresh rustic bread buns and chutney.
