Great Frozen Dessert

  • 1 litre cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ cups sugar
  • 4 tbl brandy
  • 3 tbl cocoa powder mixed with 4 tbl water.


Beat the cream and set aside.

Beat the egg whites (gradually adding the sugar when they begin to fluff up) to soft peak.

Fold together the beaten cream and the beaten egg whites.

Fold in the brandy.

Divide this mixture in half.

Fold the cocoa mix through half of the cream, egg white and brandy mixture.

In the dish that you will freeze and eventually serve this frozen delight, gently and stylishly swirl the 2 mixtures together.


Remove from the freezer 30 mins before serving.
