Mascarpone & Almond Bread Sandwich with Caramel Sauce

  • 1 packet almond bread
  • 180g mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • Zest of half an orange


Mix together the mascarpone, sugar and orange zest.

Place a slice of almond bread on the plate, followed by a dollop of the mascarpone and orange mix.

Repeat this process and top with a slice of the almond bread.

Drizzle each dessert with caramel sauce.

Serve immediately.
