Strawberry Granita

  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 100gms castor sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 250ml cold water


Puree all ingredients together, then pass through a sieve.

Freeze in a baking dish, mixing every hour until crystals become light and fluffly.
