Tamarind & Lime Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup soaked (in water overnight) and strained tamarind pulp
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 Tbsps of coconut sugar, raw agave or organic maple
- 1 Tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp of olive oil
Place the tamarind pulp, coconut sugar and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
Taste for seasoning and add a pinch of salt, if necessary.
