Tired? Hungover? Struggling for inspiration? This simple two-ingredient recipe is the perfect solution. An Italian classic with a Craig-twist. You won't regret it [Editor's note: want to bet?].

Serves one

Ingredients

1 cup spiral or penne pasta.
1 cup grated mild or medium cheddar cheese.
Salt, pepper (optional).

Method

Place pasta in a medium saucepan and add just enough boiling water to cover. Add a generous pinch of salt. Keep the water at a full, rolling boil, while intermittently stirring to prevent sticking. Continue to cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Drain pasta and transport directly into a serving bowl. Top with cheese and microwave on high for one minute or until all cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately. Top with additional cheese as required.
