Canada have been at every Rugby World Cup since 1987.

They made the quarter finals at the 1991 tournament, but have not made it beyond pool play since then.

Coached by former All Black Kieran Crowley, they will be looking to improve on their recent run of form that saw them lose all four games at the 2015 World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup.

This year they are in Pool D along with France, Ireland, Italy, and Romania - who presents their most likely chance of victory.
