Kirsten Griffiths has never managed to stay in one job for more than a few years. Among other things, she's been a travel agent, hospital chaplain, laundromat attendant, lecturer, and lately a writer. As a child she loved all the classic sci-fi like Asimov, Bradbury, and Le Guin. China Mieville is a current favourite. Kirsten's only recently started writing her own fantastic tales, and is currently turning one of them into a novel.

She has just moved from Wellington to Kerikeri.
