The Travelling Restaurant has journalist-spy Crispin Kent on board. He tries to steal Uncle Trump's sketchbook and is let off at Dogjaw. Lady Gall's boat is there in port. Jasper steals on board and finds the flute playing orphan. He takes her back to the Travelling Restaurant.
