We head to the Highlands today with music from Traces, the latest release from Scottish folk singer Karine Polwart. Also in the programme, tracks from Affric by fiddler Duncan Chisholm. The album is the culmination of Chisholm’s The Strathglass Trilogy project, which is a musical representation of his ancestral lands in the Highland glens (Hegri Music 200189; Copperfish Records)
