Earlier in 2017 the APO came together with New Zealand pop music singers Julia Deans, Anna Coddington, Jon Toogood and Laughton Kora to celebrate the music of English music icon David Bowie.

Bowie, who died in 2016, was responsible for an incredibly vast list of hits in popular music. In this concert the APO takes us through the fifty years of his career.

Additional musicians in this concert are Tom Healy and Jol Mulholland on guitars, Jeremy Toy on electric bass, Steve Bremner – drums, Matthias Jordan – keyboards, and Penny Dodd on piano.

The APO are conducted by their own David Kay.

This programme was recorded and mixed by Adrian Hollay and produced by Tim Dodd.
