Bret McKenzie – one half of Flight of the Concords – is joining the Muppets and the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra on stage, celebrating the show’s creator Jim Henson. McKenzie and Square Eyes Film Foundation Director Nic Marshall talk with Kathryn Ryan about Jim Henson and The Muppets.

1.30 RNZ Concert recording a finalist in Radio Awards

RNZ Concert’s recording of Gareth Farr’s Cello Concerto is a finalist for the 2018 Best Music Feature or Recorded Live Music Event award at the New Zealand Radio Awards.  It was recorded by David McCaw and Graham Kennedy with the NZSO. RNZ Concert’s Auckland team Adrian Hollay and Tim Dodd are also short listed for their recording of the APO’s Starman concert.
