Official ballots for this November's general election in American Samoa will be available this morning for those who quailfy as local-absentee voters.
Such voters are people who live in American Samoa but who will be off island on election day.
The election office says American Samoans living overseas who qualify to vote can now also apply for an overseas absentee ballot.
More than 14-thousand people are currently on the voter registration list.
A final list will be released once registration ends on October the 7th.
