Camacho new Guam governor

Voters in Guam have elected Republican senator, Felix Camacho, as the territory's governor and Senator Kaleo Moylan as his number two.

He defeated the Democrat candidates, Congressman Robert Underwood and Senator Tom Ada.

The race for the seat in the US Congress was won by former Lieutenant Governor, Madeleine Bordallo.

Voting is still underway in American Samoa where 20 members of the territory's House of Representatives are being elected and a member of the US Congress in Washington.

Polls close at 6 tonight.
