Solomon Islands police are reported to have found a bullet shell which is believed to have been from the rifle used in last month's attack on Honiara businessman and government advisor, Robert Goh.

He was injured in the ambush at his Honiara home and is now recovering in an Australian hospital.

Police sources say they are close to interviewing suspects in the shooting.

Although no motive is known for the shooting, police sources say they belive it may have been linked to a commercial rivalry.
