American Samoan representative, Agaoleatu Charlie Tautolo, says he is disappointed with the court's dismissal of his class action suit against the House Speaker ,Matagi Ray McMoore.

Agaoleatu says he will continue with his efforts to have the McMoores repay public funds he believes they misused for their own benefit.

The High Court dismissed the case saying the Representative did not establish any standing by showing he had suffered in anyway.

But Agaoleatu says the court also found that the territory lacked legislation that gives standing to individuals to bring civil action suits to recover money from anyone who has defrauded the government.
