Samoa's Prime Minister has expressed strong support for a March for Peace, which is due to be held this Saturday.
Tuilaepa Sailele is planning to give a keynote address when the march ends in front of the Government Building.
The National Council of Churches has decided that each individual church will decide on its own participation.
The Catholic Archbishop, Alapati Matealiga, has also given his backing to the event.
