A ceremony was held in American Samoa this morning to raise a special US Constitution flag.
The flag is to be raised in all US states and territories before being placed in the new National Constitution Centre in Philadelphia which is open on July the fourth.
From Pago Pago, the flag will be taken to its last desitination, Alaska.
