Samoa's Head of State, Malietoa Tanumafili II is back at home in good health after being admitted to hospital earlier this week, suffering from dizzy spells.

After being admitted on Tuesday, 90-year old Malietoa was discharged from hospital yesterday, according to the acting CEO of Health, Namulauulu Dr Potoi.

Namulauulu says Malietoa was suffering from over-stress and suspected heart ailments, and has been advised to get plenty of rest.

One of the longest serving heads of state in the region, Malietoa recently attended the dawn ANZAC Day memorial service in a wheelchair.
