Tropical Depression in Vanuatu, subsiding

Vanuatu's tropical depression to the north has begun to dissolve, but a low is evident over New Caledonia.

Meanwhile a broad bank of cloud activity extends from the Solomon's through the eastern waters of Vanuatu.

Heavy rain will continue to affect the Torba province and parts of Tafea today.

Boaties are advised that squalls of 22 to 25 knots are expected offshore.
