Papua New Guinea's capital was water this weekend as engineers from the water company carry out urgently needed repairs on leaking water valves.
Residents of Port Moresby were advised to store water supplies to cover the two and a half day shutdown.
Emergency supplies were available for the Port Moresby General Hospital and the Fire Service.
