A $1 million US dollar cash bail was set yesterday for the man accused of shooting three people to death at a Guam vegetable stand last month.
The Pacific Daily News reports Jose Ranny Lazado Latoza, 38, was charged in the Superior Court of Guam yesterday.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 10.
Three bodies were found at a fruit stall on August 11th, along with Latoza who was bleeding profusely.
Police have not indicated whether the injury Latoza received was self-inflicted.
