The enslaving of more than 200 Vietnamese and Chinese workers at the Daewoosa Samoa garment factory in American Samoa, that was closed in 2001, will be part of a national report that looks at forced labor in the United States.
The report, which will be released this week, follows a study conducted last year by the University of California Human Rights Centre and the Washington-based anti-slavery group, " Free the Slaves".
The study will also be forwarded to the United Nations' International Labour Organisation which commissioned the study.
The US Department of Justice describes the Daewoosa case as the largest human trafficking case ever prosecuted in the United States.
